| Water Creative Zen Stone and Grasp Creative Zen Stone: Two Very Cute MP3 Players Quing Quing is this industrial designer who has created a very chic MP3 Player that she calls the Creative ZEN Stone MP3 Player. Well it does look very ethereal. The young designer actually came up with this idea while she as interning at Creative technology Ltd Singapore. This was infact her project over there. Qing came up with two designs: Water Creative Zen Stone and Grasp Creative Zen Stone. The first design, Water Creative Zen Stone was inspired by the shadow of ripples that are formed below in a bowl of water. The other design, Grasp Creative Zen Stone on the other hand is inspired not by liquid but by a solid material. This one tries to imitate the forms that emerge when you press your thumb on something soft. These designs do look very cute I must say. The lines are soft which give it a certain lightness. The device is given a white colour which again adds to the softness and beauty. I would certainly like to get one of these. And it also seems light and easy to carry around. Maybe some company could get this design from the young industrial design student.  |
